Active in the adult field since the early 1990s under the name Kangiten (歓喜天), including participation in Hit Shuppansha's anthology "RPG★DANCE" in 1994. From 1997 to 1998 the artist published the three-volume "鋼鉄番長伝 紅のSYURA" through that company, and thereafter also released books from Shubēru Shuppan and Shīzu Jōhō Shuppan. From 2009 the artist adopted the name Ishino Kanon (石野鐘音), and since "戦うヒロインも負けるとこのザマです" (2011) has published mainly through Kill Time Communication and Mediax. The work consistently depicts plots in which fighting women are defeated and subjected to assault and body modification, with "敗北ヒロイン改造調教インフェルノ" and "正義のヒロインは負けてからが本番です" as representative titles. Fifteen books in total.
