A manga released piece by piece on social media can, once gathered between two covers, be read as a single long story. Nuku no mo Tetsudatte Kureru Doukyuusei stands in the hall as a case where that reassembly paid off.

It is a school romance of mutual, unspoken feeling between two classmates, Mikazuki-san and Taka-kun. Neither can put their feelings into words, and their relationship moves forward without them; only at the very end does the book show how they first met, and give them their confession. No one else appears.

Reviewers agree most strongly on the structure of the ending, which turns back to how it all began and closes on the confession. Dialogue and inner voice carry the crossed signals of two people who cannot speak up, and by giving the boy his own anxieties and self-reproach, readers note, the book makes him likable as well.

Readers also single out, again and again, that this is true manga rather than a CG set padded out with variants: all 166 pages are paneled and in full colour, and the palette, vivid and soft at once, draws consistent praise. The pages are slightly tall, made with smartphone reading in mind.

It began on social media as Iroiro Tetsudatte Kureru Mikazuki-san. Everything published on pixiv and a creator-support platform was gathered and revised, and the book went on sale in February 2023. It is the third release from the circle ヨルニネル and was rated far more widely than the two before it. It stands 119th among the hall's doujin works and 18th in the pure-love category.
