The same events become a different story when the point of view shifts. Osananajimi to H Shita Yokujitsu is a sequel that reached the hall by showing the two leads of the earlier book again, this time through the eyes of the people around them.

It is a full-colour collection set on the day after Shishunki to Honki Sex. The setting is school in the swimming-pool season of summer, and the cast is the two childhood friends and the boys in their class who watch them from a distance. The official genre tags read childhood friend and student, with BSS added as well, the label for an unrequited crush held by someone who liked a person first, though some reviewers find that thread a faint one.

The main part is a run of brief pieces a few pages long, cutting from the viewpoint of the boy in the pair to those of classmates who have noticed the girl. Many reviewers write that this outside gaze makes the closeness of the two stand out all the more clearly. Readers also point to how exactly the childish thinking of boys that age is caught, and agree that the drawing has improved since the earlier book and that the colouring has changed in quality.

Wakana Hanabi, working as the circle Himawari Hanabi, released this book and its predecessor on DLsite on the same day. This one is a digital edition of a doujinshi first distributed at the winter Comic Market, with pages added and a version of the art with the dialogue removed.

It went on sale in 2024. Most of its readers came through FANZA, where it rose to second in the store's daily doujin ranking. It stands 70th among the hall's doujin works.
