Uchi ni wa Yuurei-san ga Imasu stands in the hall as the starting point of the circle Tenkirin and the first instalment of the series that followed.
It is an adult doujinshi in the loli genre on the theme of a ghost, and it deals with non-consensual sexual acts against a girl. The story is told through the girl's first-person monologue and in the form of a diary.
Readers point to this narrative form, carried by monologue and diary, and to how little horror there is in what is nominally a ghost story. As the first instalment of a series, it is also noted for an ending that leads on to what comes next.
It went on sale on DLsite in April 2019 and on FANZA the following day. The series went on to two further works and a compilation. Doujin comics on DLsite with the word ghost in their titles were still few in 2019 and grew greatly in number later; this series holds the top places among such titles by number of ratings. No award is on record. It stands 158th among the hall's doujin works.
