Ano Ko wa Ojisan no Mesu stands in the hall as a 31-page original doujinshi released about half a year after the circle Mainichi Kenkou Seikatsu began its work.
It is an adult work classed in the loli genre, and the official genre tags include the word girl. As its title says, it depicts the relationship between an older man and a girl, and its subjects include an age gap and a relationship that is not consensual. In the hall it also appears in the ahegao and loli/petite categories.
Readers point to the quality of the character design and the composition of the pages, and to the skill with which the drawing is presented.
It went on sale on DLsite and FANZA on the same day in October 2020. The circle has been releasing work on FANZA since May 2020 and has gone on to further titles, including fan works. No award is on record; what carried the book into the hall was its sales. It stands 117th among the hall's doujin works.
