Where a work was read is itself part of the record. Akutoku Iin stands in the hall as a doujin manga that appeared first on FANZA, found a large readership there, and became the starting point of a three-part series.
It is a 36-page work by the circle IchiBocchi. A woman who has come down with a bad cold on the day of a date visits a run-down clinic with her boyfriend, and there, under the pretext of an examination, she is coerced into sex by a doctor and his son. It is a netorare story in the line of works built around a doctor.
Several reviews agree on two points: a finish to the drawing that stands comparison with commercial magazine work, and the endearing way the heroine is drawn.
It went on sale on FANZA in June 2021 and reached DLsite about six months later, in December. Most of its sales came on FANZA, where it climbed as high as second in the store's 24-hour doujin ranking, and the store presents it as the circle's best-selling work. On DLsite, too, it has gathered more than 2,000 ratings.
A sequel, Akutoku Iin 2, followed in August 2022, and a third instalment appeared in June 2026 on FANZA alone. The circle has been releasing work on FANZA since 2018. It stands 85th among the hall's doujin works.
