Inoue Yoshihisa (井上よしひさ) is a manga artist who made an adult tankobon debut in November 2001 with "ポニー牧場", published under Hit Shuppansha's Seraphin Comics imprint. All twenty-two subsequent books have been issued by the same company, and the artist has drawn for Hit Shuppansha alone for a quarter century. Many works take bondage and restraint as their subject, such as "縄士 -NAWASHI-" (2009), "縛姫 -シバラレヒメ-" (2010), "拘束違反" (2012), and "あこがれの先輩を縛って逃げられなくして×××。" (2018). The artist is also known for drawing most of the featured girls with ponytails. Recent years have brought a run of premise-driven works with kunoichi and female spies as protagonists, such as "くノ一淫縛大戦" (2019), "女スパイ淫縛拷問大作戦" (2022), and "潜入!淫縛女捜査官" (2025).
