SHIS is the doujin circle of Z-ton (Zトン). The National Diet Library holds Shā Nai Nā♥ (2015) and Mesudachi Onsen Ana no Yu (2022) as publications of the circle. Its early books were derivative works on Kantai Collection and Fate/Grand Order; its FANZA releases began in 2015 with Shā Nai Nā, and its DLsite releases in 2016 with A Beautiful Greed Z-ton Jingai Sōshūhen, a collection of its monster-girl work. Its direction was set by Mesudachi in 2017. Set in a rural village, the series names the bond between two childhood friends and sparring partners who never become a couple with the coined word "mesudachi," and through sequels and compilations it has grown to nearly ten volumes. A two-episode OVA was produced in 2022–23, a live-action adaptation followed, and official editions are distributed in six languages besides Japanese. In 2024 the circle also released derivative work on Blue Archive.
