Carrying an entire adult manga without a second party in the room is a hard trick. "TS Loli Ojisan no Bouken: Onanie Hen" sustains it for fifty pages, and enters the hall on that achievement.

A thirty-two-year-old man botches his reincarnation into another world and is returned to this one in the body of a young girl. The official blurb promises a habit that begins to interfere with daily life, and states plainly that no partnered sex occurs. What follows starts in pain and hesitation, moves through cotton swabs and devices, and eventually leaves the apartment. What readers keep noting is that not one rung of that ladder is skipped.

Ronna, the artist behind the circle, spends real pages on the life around the body. Coffee that has turned bitter to a changed palate. The lift of choosing clothes. The paperwork of a job and a legal identity. Each such scene deposits another layer of plausibility beneath the physical change. Readers also point to a structural habit: a small body placed on an adult's single bed, a quiet delivery at the door immediately before the book's most violent sequence, mechanical sound effects laid over a high voice. The density is not in the pleasure but in the route toward it.

The book is the second Asunaro Neat. release on the store, arriving nearly two years after the first, and it circulated on paper as well. An interlude volume and a sequel have followed.

Official editions exist in Japanese, English, simplified and traditional Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French and Thai. In the doujin hall it stands fifteenth, third in the ahegao division and sixth among loli works.
