A figure from one book steps forward as the lead of the next. Nagaai Chichi no Futago Shimai to Koubi Mokuteki Otomari Onsen stands in the hall as a clear showing of how Fujiya Honten DLsite's series hands its characters on from title to title.

The elder sister from the previous book and her twin stay at a hot-spring inn with the protagonist. The scene moves from the inn's private bath to the guest room, and in the second half the sisters change into cosplay. It is an adult doujin manga of the harem type about the three of them, and its official genre tags list it as consensual.

Several reviewers single out the structure, which changes place and costume partway through to keep the pages moving; one notes how short the setup is. Separate readers record the way the heat and damp of the bath come through as the temperature of the page. Another observes that the dense dialogue carries both the story and the mood.

The artist Thomas works commercially as well, drawing for COMIC Kairakuten BEAST. This is the fourth book in the circle's nagachichi series, and the younger twin had appeared in another of its titles. Many reviewers point to these links between characters, while one notes that the book reads well without knowing the series.

It went on sale on DLsite and FANZA on New Year's Eve 2023, timed to the winter Comic Market. In the catalogue on hand, doujin manga with nagachichi in the title rose from 8 in 2023 to 33 in 2025; this book came just before the word spread. It ranks 146th among the hall's doujin works.
