Even in workplace erotica, some seats are still empty. 24H Drugstore no Kyonyuu Yakuzaishi Yakunogi-san stands in the hall as a short work that put an untouched profession, the pharmacist, in its title.

A young man worn down by his job goes to a late-night drugstore to buy a stamina tonic, must answer the pharmacist's questions before he can have it, and ends up in a relationship with her. It is a story of two adults set around a working routine. In its second half it is revealed that she had known him for some time.

Reviewers converge on the way that revelation changes the meaning of the first half. Several say the book reads differently the second time. The contrast between her cool, unassuming manner and what she keeps inside wins affection too. Its 42 pages are in full colour, in pale pastel tones, and reviewers praise pages that hold on to the characters' faces even through bold panel layouts.

It was the first work by Nanahone under the circle name Naporitan, released on FANZA in December 2020 and on DLsite in January 2021. Later works continued with adult women defined by their jobs, a doctor among them.

Through 2024, DLsite saw perhaps one comic a year with pharmacist or drugstore in the title. Official translations appeared in four languages. It ranks 135th in the doujin hall.
