The craft of the single illustration can be carried into the manga panel. Kyonyuu Hitozuma Shimai to Mujintou de Fuufu Gokko Icharabu Sex is the first manga from a circle that had worked mainly in CG collections, and it enters the hall as the proof of that claim.

The narrator washes up on a desert island with two sisters he grew up alongside. Both are already married; the sea has taken their clothes, and they are left covering themselves with leaves. Long ago he could not bring himself to confess to the elder, and the younger kept her own feelings to herself and stepped aside. Once the line is crossed, the three begin a game of husband and wife that is to last only as long as they remain on the island.

Most readers take the days on the island as a second chance at time that had been lost. The husbands hardly appear, and no weight of betrayal is left behind. The contrast between the forward younger sister, a former gyaru, and the demure elder, who sinks deeper than her sister once she has crossed over, gives the 31 pages their rise and fall. The original concept is by Konoshiro Shinko. The art is by Chiwaku Niku Odoru, who carried the CG-collection method of laying variants over a single base image into the movement from panel to panel. That run of variants, readers note, works not to pad the page count but to make the scene feel present.

Ichiokumangen Chaya is one of the circles of HMD, a production group that makes both manga and CG collections. From its start in February 2019 it released 17 works, all of them CG collections; this, its eighteenth, was its first manga. From late 2024 manga became the circle's main output, and this book was the first sign of that change. More than 90 percent of combined sales across the two stores sit on the FANZA side.

It stands 169th among doujin works in the hall and 6th in the Married Woman division. Of the circle's two works in the hall, it is the higher, and the first to have crossed the gate.
