When a new circle finds its form, the titles are often what announce it. "Dosukebe Enkou Gal no Naisho Seikou" stands in the hall from the centre of the stretch in which Shirasudon headed its titles with "Dosukebe", as evidence of how that form was taken up.

It is an onee-shota work, 30 pages of story, pairing a younger boy with a high-school gal who takes part in compensated dating. Its genre labels include student, gal and onee-shota. It is a book that layers established genre terms on top of one another.

What readers single out is the heroine's composure as the older party and her kindness toward the younger one. Against the brash impression of the title, she is drawn as someone who looks out for the other person. The distance between the force of the title and the softness of the character is what gives the book its texture.

The circle Shirasudon began selling downloads in September 2021. This, its sixth release, came in April 2022, with "Dosukebe JK Gal no Honki Sakusei" two months before it and "Dosukebe Kyonyuu Layer to Offpako shite Kita." two months after. It sits in the middle of that run of three "Dosukebe" titles, and the one before it is also in the hall.

Like the circle's other titles, it is read mainly on the FANZA side. Put genre terms in a title, and readers find the work by searching them: one can read this way of naming books as well suited to how works circulate in download stores. In the hall it is second among the hyottoko fellatio works.
