The moment a house changes its sign is seldom written down. "Super Cheat Mission EX: Sono Garakē ni Hyōji Sareta Mission wa Kanarazu Tassei Dekiru" enters the hall as the first book on which Nyuu Koubou put "EX" in the title.

An unremarkable schoolboy finds an unfamiliar flip phone on his desk, and whatever instruction appears on its screen is bound to be carried out. It is an adult work set at school and at home, in the line of stories in which common sense is rewritten. The protagonist casts no spell; instructions whose outcome is already settled arrive from outside. Some readers liken the feel to the orders issued in the familiar premise of a room no one can leave until a task is done.

Story by Nyuu Koubou, art by Tomomimi Shimon. Where reader comment agrees most is that the change of artist did no harm to the circle's style, while cleaner linework brought an appeal of its own. Several reviews add that although it shares its device with a 2020 book the circle made alone, the story is unconnected and stands by itself.

A note at the end of the book records that this was the first collaboration and the first of the EX line. Three more EX titles followed within 2022, and since then nearly every new work from the circle has carried the name. It marks the point from which a circle that began with Touhou fan works and hypnosis stories took its present shape.

Official translations exist in Traditional Chinese and Korean. It stands 156th among the hall's doujin works.
