Onnanoko Party. stands in the hall as a deluxe collection of more than 300 pages that kept selling over the counter of specialist shops for years.

It is an adult collection with girls as its protagonists: fifteen stories interleaved with more than sixty pages of colour, eight of them earlier doujinshi reworked substantially for the book. Its subjects run from sibling and father-daughter incest and age gaps to fantasy stories about girls with animal ears. The prevailing tone is bright, and one story, Imouto, Karita., alone ends bitterly, lending the whole a shadow.

Readers first point to a style that pursues prettiness, drawing that never breaks down, and care that extends to clothing and backgrounds. The print edition was also elaborately bound, with a fold-out colour frontispiece and a sticker sheet among its extras.

Henreader debuted in 2011. After a first collection, Hatsukoi Ribbon., in 2014, this second book came out after a move to the publisher GOT. Illustrations for a light novel series, and the manga adaptation of it serialized in a general magazine, later made the name known beyond adult publishing.

The print edition was released at the end of August 2017. It placed third in that year's adult comics ranking at Toranoana's Akihabara A store and fifteenth the following year, and holds thirty-fourth place in the store's all-time list. In the reader-voted Eromanga Taisho 2017 it was one of five titles tied for first place. It stands 44th among the hall's commercial works.
