There are transforming heroines who drive back demons with the power of holy love. Trying to stop a sealed fallen god from returning, they lose one after another and cross over to the other side. Falling here is not the consequence of defeat but the engine of the plot itself, and the tension gathers on a single question: who crosses next, and how.

Satou Kuuki draws transformation without ever letting go of prettiness. What a girl was before her crossing is still legible in what she becomes, and so what the reader watches is the irreversibility rather than the change. Transforming heroine, hypnosis, tentacles, and a change of sex. Any one of these could carry a book on its own; stacked this high, the plot still holds. Readers converge on exactly that point. What is it, precisely, that gets exchanged when someone falls? The book puts the question at the level of the body rather than the level of setting.

It is the artist's first book. A single volume gathering his serial in Comic Unreal became, and remains, the work he is known for.

An adult animation followed. The leads have been sculpted as figures by more than one maker. The title is on record in English-language databases and in Chinese-language figure encyclopedias alike, and it sits second among the hall's commercial works.
