One theme, and real range within it. Chijo Senyousha: Bitch Only stands in the hall as Indo Curry's first book, one that found its readers through the skill of its arrangement and the assurance of its drawing.
Drawn mostly from the magazine comic Anthurium, it is a collection of the type known as chijo stories, in which sexually forward women take the lead. A linked series set aboard a fictional women-only train car forms its spine, and around it stand stories of women in different walks of life, among them an office worker and a train conductor.
Reviewers agree on the breadth of the arrangement. The stories run from sweet romance to darker, more perverse material to the deadpan comedy of characters going about their jobs as routine. Several readers single out the linked structure, in which a woman glimpsed on the title train becomes the lead of a later story. Others point to the detailed train interiors and their composition, and to the expressiveness of the faces.
The title story had already appeared as a single chapter at the end of 2017. This is Indo Curry's first book; a second, Hen'ai Femme Fatale, followed from the same imprint only in January 2026, some six and a half years later.
The print edition came out from GOT in August 2019 under the GOT COMICS imprint. The digital special edition that entered the hall adds four stories absent from print. In the catalogue on hand, commercial e-books with "bitch" in the title peaked at 91 in 2019, and this book is one of that year's. It stands 244th among the hall's commercial works.
