Kiya Shii (木谷椎) is a manga artist who, after activity under the name CSY, made an adult tankobon debut in August 2007 with "乙女の恋愛情事", published under Issuisha's Izumi Comics imprint. That work took fifth place in the reader-voted Ero-Manga Awards 2007. The artist continued to publish with Issuisha, then moved to Mediax from "～異端幻想～ダークレグナム" (2014), releasing short-story collections with a strong romance and comedy coloring, such as "どっちもLOVE!?", "ももいろstudy!", "ひめはじめ", "泡のお姫様", and "ゆいちゃん撮影会". The artist is also active in the dojin circle "日本帝國図書館", and in adult PC games provided original artwork for "ぴんくのあゆみ!" (2005) under the name CSY and for "さくらさくら" (2009) under the name Xsara.
