The title states the entire premise in a single line. 1-kagetsu Ninshin Shinakereba Otoko ni Modoreru Hanashi (1) stands in the hall for that speed and brightness, as the way into a series now four volumes long.

A high-school boy is turned into a girl by a passing cold and told he will change back if he does not become pregnant within a month; he spends those days at a school full of boys. It belongs to the gender-swap lineage known in Japan as TS or nyotaika, and its official tags also include group sex. This first volume is played as comedy.

Reviewers agree on the cute, consistent art and expressions. Because the story opens with almost no glimpse of the boy he was, readers call it an easy way into the genre, and some see in it the classic shape of older TS stories. As the prologue to a longer series, this volume draws many calls for the next.

Mirakoku has been active on DLsite since 2019, and one reviewer describes this as the circle's first original work. The print doujinshi was distributed at Comic Market 102 in August 2023, and the digital edition followed two days later.

A new volume has followed every January, reaching a fourth. The FANZA doujin page records a peak rank of eighth. By a rough count of title words, the share of doujin manga with TS or nyotaika in their titles rose sharply in 2023, and this book can be read as one that appeared amid that rise. It stands 72nd among the hall's doujin works.
