Comedy and eroticism can share a page. A Normal Woman Who Just Has Some Crazy In Her Eyes does it in twenty-two of them.

A drunk man calls out to a woman whose eyes have gone flat and empty. They head straight for a hotel, and from there the conversation simply rolls. Her behaviour looks off the rails and turns out, item by item, to follow its own logic. Readers laugh, and while laughing work out why she came to behave this way.

Building a character on one facial feature goes cheap the moment it is mishandled. It does not here, because everything besides the eyes is drawn as ordinary. The body, the timing of the talk, all of it is arranged so that only the ruined gaze stands out. Pace is what readers name most often. Many report going back afterwards to look at the drawing on its own.

The heaviest thing in the book is a phone call from the ex-boyfriend, taken in the middle of the act. The title sits first in the cuckoldry hall, and yet the departed man never appears as more than a voice. The taking is not shown; only the person left afterwards.

The second release by the circle Akiya, put out in 2025. Official editions circulate in eight further languages, English, simplified and traditional Chinese and Korean among them. Tenth among doujin manga in the hall.
