A long-running series rests on how surely its first chapter lays down the premise. "Tsūkin Dōchū de Ano Ko ga Midara na Kōi o Shite Kuru Hanashi" enters the hall as the starting point of a series that now runs to thirteen chapters.

Set on a commuter train, it is an adult work about a salaryman and a high-school girl who rides in the same carriage, and it belongs to the line known as gyaku-chikan, which reverses the usual direction of the train-groper story. A prelude showing how the two first crossed paths is placed after the main story, and the girl's motives are never explained. Readers have taken it as a story in which something inexplicable breaks into the monotony of a working man's morning.

Reviewers converge on the cleanness of the drawing and the assurance of its composition and paneling. The habit of attaching a prelude was carried into each chapter that followed.

Oouso, who runs the circle Usotsukiya, also saw "Onaho Kyoushitsu: Joshi Zenin Ninshin Keikaku" collected commercially in the same year, 2020. The subject itself began with an all-ages doujinshi at Comic Market 95 at the end of 2018, and that all-ages line became a general-market book from KADOKAWA in 2023. On DLsite the adult series opened with its first three chapters arriving almost together, and it has continued to a thirteenth chapter in September 2026.

Official translations exist in six languages, more than for any other work by the circle. It stands 150th among the hall's doujin works.
