A sequel can overtake the book it follows. Seiso Kanojo, Ochiru. II stands one rank above its predecessor in the hall.

Tsukimi, who surrendered her body in the first volume, stops being summoned by the older boy. She believes she can go back. The story opens on that relief, and then she walks to the other place on her own feet.

The real ground of this volume is the monologue. Her heart still belongs to the boyfriend; the words are only being forced out of her — and the more the excuses multiply, the further ahead the body has already gone. What readers point to repeatedly is that the comparisons have moved out of the bedroom. Who pays for the meal and who splits it; who notices things and who does not. What is being measured stops being technique and becomes the size of the man. The other is the date sequence, where a smile aimed at the boyfriend and a lower body he cannot see share one page. Reviews on both stores single out that doubled frame as the peak of the book.

Great Moth, the artist behind the circle, spent sixty-three pages here against thirty-four in the first volume. It was released at the end of 2020, timed to the online gathering held when the convention itself could not open. Wide readership through the download stores came the following spring.

On FANZA Doujin its records show it reaching the top of the daily, weekly and monthly charts alike. Among the hall's self-published works it stands fourteenth, and second within the netorare category — one place above its predecessor in each.
