To draw someone who has changed, you first have to show what she was. Moto Inkya no Kyonyuu Yariman Imouto ga Erosugite, Onii-chan wa Mou!! begins by getting that order right.

The title carries most of the plot. A plain younger sister who used to sit with her books comes home with dyed hair and a new appetite for men. The brother, who has a girlfriend of his own, finds her asleep and unguarded on the sofa and puts a hand where he should not. She was awake. The back half of the thirty-eight pages goes to the reversal that her retaliation sets off.

What readers name first is the weight of flesh. How a finger sinks, how a breast changes shape under its own mass, how a uniform pulls. The line itself is light, and only the place being touched turns heavy. Faces follow the same logic: nothing is cut from the sequence that runs from her taunting composure to the moment it gives way. The book is censored with bars alone rather than mosaic, and readers point out precisely what that preserves — the movement of a tongue, of fingers.

The artist credited on the book, Ichimiya Yuu, came out of commercial work. Books by the circle IchiBocchi had been on sale at FANZA for years by then, but this was the first it put on DLsite, and every one of its four later books belongs to this brother and sister. Release was 19 June 2021, and the official English, simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese editions carry the same date. A first book, multilingual from the day it appeared.

Second in the incest category, behind the sequel that followed a year later. It holds more ratings than any other volume in the series, and it is the only one of them stocked on both stores.
