When you draw a sequel, the safe move is to do what the first book did once more. "Moto Inkya no Kyonyuu Yariman Imouto ga Erosugite, Onii-chan wa Mou!! 2" did the opposite, and took first place in its division.

The story of the brother and sister continues from the first book: he tries to hold his ground, and she pays that no attention. It is a sequel on the subject of sibling incest, and a considerable share of its 42 pages goes to the brother's struggle to hold back. At the end, the two put what they feel into words.

Where the first book followed the wakarase plot of putting a cheeky sister in her place, this one lands on mutual love. Readers record as a strength that the same title was kept while the answer was reversed. The handling, which does not cut the brother's agonising and lets tension build, is praised as a sincerity proper to an incest story. The linework holds clear contrast and reads easily, and the sister's face moves between insolence and meekness.

The artist, Ichimiya Yuu of the circle IchiBocchi, came out of commercial work; the 2017 volume "Hatsujou Switch: Otosareta Shoujotachi" is in the hall on the commercial side. After this book came a prequel numbered zero, then a third and a fourth, and all five volumes belong to this brother and sister.

In the incest division, this book stands first. That a sequel which turned from wakarase to mutual love earned a higher hall score than the first can be read as a sign of what readers of the time wanted from where a relationship goes. It stands 48th among the hall's doujin works. Sold on DLsite alone, it has official translations in five languages.
