When you draw a sequel, the safe move is to do what the first book did once more. Moto Inkya no Kyonyuu Yariman Imouto ga Erosugite, Onii-chan wa Mou!! 2 did the opposite, and took first place in its category.

This is what follows after a brother and sister have crossed a line. He resolves not to repeat it; she goes on inviting him regardless. Of the forty-two pages, a considerable number are spent before he gives way. After that it continues from room to room, and at the end the two put what they feel into words.

Where the first book was about breaking the sister down, this one lands on mutual love. That the same title was kept while the answer was reversed is what readers set down as its strength. The linework carries hard contrast and conveys warmth through the set of flesh alone. The sister's face moves between insolence, meekness and an inability to hold out, and the panels of the brother agonising are not cut. That is exactly why the drop lands when he breaks.

The artist credited on the book, Ichimiya Yuu, came out of commercial work. The 2017 volume Hatsujou Switch: Otosareta Shoujotachi is in the hall on the commercial side. On DLsite the circle IchiBocchi begins with the previous book in 2021; after this one came a prequel numbered zero, then a third and a fourth, and all five volumes belong to this brother and sister.

In the incest category, this book stands first and the previous one second. Sold on DLsite alone, it circulates in official simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese and English editions among others.
