Chiisai Hou ga Ecchi Desho stands in the hall as the second book of an artist who came up through a magazine's new-artist prize, and who placed high in print shop rankings again with it.
It is Kinomoto Anzu's second collection, gathering eight pieces in an adult short-story collection in the loli genre. It belongs to Akaneshinsha's TENMA COMICS LO line, and the official genre tags include school uniforms and school life.
Readers point to a style that blends crisp line work with vivid, near-realistic colouring, and to the natural movements of the characters in everyday scenes. One review is satisfied with a structure of eight pieces, none of them overlong.
Kinomoto Anzu won COMIC LO's new-artist prize in 2018 and published a first collection, Chiisana Karada no Dakigokochi, in 2019. This book appeared in print and digital at almost the same time in July 2021 and placed seventeenth in that year's bestseller list at Toranoana Akihabara Store A. The first book had also placed high at the same store in 2019, and further collections followed in 2023 and 2026. It stands 194th among the hall's commercial works.
