"Onii-san, Watashitachi to Ocha Shimasen ka? 3" stands in the hall for trying a third way of building an instalment, splitting its two pairings into a first half and a second, and so widening the range of the series' construction.

It is the third instalment of a series about two working men and the two high-school gyaru who picked them up on the street. The first book advanced both pairings at once and the second narrowed to the black-haired pair; this one gives its first half to the silver-haired girl and her partner, and its second half to the black-haired girl, who has just heard all about it.

The first half opens on an everyday scene: help with schoolwork at a family restaurant, from which the story starts to move, its setup played as a gag. Readers keep returning to the comic timing that turns a faintly ridiculous premise into a laugh, and to the slightly off-key charm of the black-haired girl's way of talking. Several reviews read its close as the point where the series entered a new stage.

Kamizuki Shiki has kept the series going under the circle name Kamishiki while holding down serialisations in general-audience magazines. This instalment was sold in print at COMITIA 140 in May 2022 and reached DLsite the following month; at 32 pages it runs twice the length of the second. In 2023 it was gathered with the first two into a printed omnibus, bringing the opening three chapters together in one volume.

It stands 111th among the hall's doujin works.
