For its fourth book, the series handed a whole volume to its other lead. "Onii-san, Watashitachi to Ocha Shimasen ka? 4" stands in the hall as the silver-haired girl's instalment, the counterpart to the black-haired pair's turn in the second.

It is the fourth part of an erotic comedy series about working men and the high-school gyaru who picked them up on the street. The setting is a private karaoke room, and the day begins with the two of them facing an outsized collaboration parfait.

That parfait recalls how, in the first book, merchandise from a collaboration cafe set both pairings in motion. One might read the contemporary pastime of chasing a favourite character as something the series keeps placing in its background. Beyond the attractiveness of the drawing from one instalment to the next, one review singles out the freshness of the compositions and the pleasure of reading it simply as comics.

Kamizuki Shiki had by this point been adding to the series, under the circle name Kamishiki, at a pace of several books a year. This one was first sold in print not at COMITIA but at COMIC1☆21 in October 2022, and reached DLsite the following month. The later printed omnibus editions break here: the first three chapters form one volume, and a new one begins with this instalment.

It stands 99th among the hall's doujin works.
