Of Omina Tachibana's books, the one that rose highest in the annual print rankings is the fifth, Yukemuri Harem Monogatari, a harem built around older women and gentle mutual consent.

It is an adult harem story set at a hot-spring inn. An erotic novelist arrives in search of material, and her scheme sets a young member of staff on course to form relationships with the proprietress, a junior maid and women among the guests.

Reviewers agree on the structure in which the women involved increase one at a time and on the kindly aftertaste, and they also praise how each character is drawn with a contrast between her everyday face and the one she shows once she has opened up. One reads the scene in which the novelist critiques a storyline too convenient for its hero as the author teasing themself for drawing harem after harem. It can be read as a work that places an awareness of its own form inside the story.

It first appeared as a serial that began in 2017 in Comic Mugen Tensei, a move away from Buster Comic, where the three preceding volumes had run. At the end of that same year the artist started the Isekai Harem Monogatari series as a doujin, and from here the work widened into doujin and novel adaptations.

The print edition came out in April 2018 and ranked second that year in DMM's annual mail-order chart of adult comics and fifth in the annual ranking at Toranoana's Akihabara store A. The digital edition followed in the summer of 2019. It stands 211th among the hall's commercial works.
