The title announces the theme outright. Imouto TRIP stands in the hall as the third collection, in which Airandou put brother-and-sister stories at the centre and even tried out the form of a sequel.

It is an adult short-story collection with girls as its protagonists. Four of its seven stories concern a brother and his younger sister, one of them an epilogue to another. The others take in a summer holiday in the countryside, a teacher and a pupil, and childhood friends. Its subjects are sibling incest and an age gap.

What reviewers point to, each in their own words, is composition: the flowing movement from panel to panel, framing with a sense of presence, a refined build to the page. Others agree that even crowded scenes stay easy to read.

The opening sibling story gains a follow-up, Sono Ato, so that the same pair is followed across two stories. Every story first ran in COMIC LO, and the book came three years after the 2019 LO Manga Prize and about a year and nine months after the second collection. Reviews come from readers who buy every collection and from readers who went back to the earlier books after this one, a sign that a readership has followed the artist across all three.

Print and digital editions appeared in August 2022. All three collections have entered the commercial hall, and in 2026 this one still enters DLsite's daily charts. It stands 85th among the hall's commercial works.
