Puyocha's second adult collection came out at almost the same moment as a serialization in a general-audience magazine began. Onaho Bitch stands in the hall as the book in which the artist raised the drawing a step.

Following Muttsuri Bitch, it is another collection in what Japanese readers call the "bitch" genre. Gyaru lead a varied cast, and the stories are set at a doujin event, in cosplay and at a hot spring. Its official tags also list groping themes.

Readers point first to how far the art has come since the first book, and the use of overhead and bird's-eye angles that press in on a scene is also remarked upon. The structure is considered as well. A character who appears as a friend in one story becomes the lead of the next, and figures drift into one another's stories. Between brisk short pieces, everyday scenes are set down, laying a loose connecting thread across the book.

Print and digital went their own ways in timing and edition. The print book appeared at the end of October 2019, with a Toranoana-exclusive edition carrying a newly drawn tapestry. Digital followed on FANZA in November and on DLsite in December, adding one story not found in print.

From the end of November 2019 to the end of January 2021, Puyocha drew the manga adaptation of Sword Art Online Progressive: Scherzo of Deep Night for a general-audience magazine, and some four years passed before the next adult collection, Bitch Bitch. 2019 was also the year more books with "bitch" in the title came out on DLsite than in any other. It stands 71st among the hall's commercial works.
